Pauline Penning de Vries was born in a small town in the south of The Netherlands. She lived in Amsterdam for a while, travelled through Europe, lived in several countries from Switzerland to Portugal to Scotland, Belgium and back to the Netherlands where she settled for the moment. Art has always been the most stabile interest in her life. She has been painting and writing ever since she was a little child. Her art is known to be very strong in colors; they can light up a whole room. She had some small vernissages in Amsterdam and works at having a new exposition soon.

The 'Woman in Green' (Gallery 1) has been nominated for the RSA Guthrie and the RSA Latimer award.

You can find the price and the size of the paintings beside the paintings. The photography is also for sale, all pictures are signed. The price depends on the size of the picture.
